The Outstanding Student Proposal Award competition is a Board initiative aimed to promote high quality social work education and practice and to encourage more student participants to attend and present at the Annual Conference of CASWE-ACFTS. More information can be found on the CASWE-ACFTS website.

In January 2018 Nagham completed her MSW thesis entitled We Don’t Exist Here: The Tensions, Challenges and Erasure of Muslim Women in Social Work Education and it was based on this work that Nagham was selected to receive this prize.  Congratulations, Nagham!
